This is a 40" x 30" x 1.25" canvas with oil over an abstracted acrylic underpainting with painted sides.  It comes ready to hang.  It's a bright, but still calm, bouquet of florals reminding me of spring.  It was created using a palette knife to create many layers of relief and texture yet still allows some of the background detail to shine through.
