This original painting is a 36" x 36" x 1.25" oil over abstracted acrylic underpainting on canvas that comes ready to hang.  An abstracted background was created before using a palette knife to create design and flow thru multiple layering of oil paint that reminded me of how a river runs.  It is a perfect addition to any room and catches the eye from across the room while providing visually appealing detail up close.
